Giving your clients a little cellophane bag full of camera cookies seems like genius customer service to me. Or what about at the in-person order appointment, a cute little plate of these little sweets, I think YES! It is the little things, right?

Last summer I went to this pretty little boutique, it was one of those super hot summer days!  The sales clerk welcomed me and offered a cold bottle of water. I was totally FLOORED!  Wow, yes please it is like 200 degrees outside & now I want to walk around, drink a cool bottle of water and buy stuff here!

What other kinds of ways can we make our clients feel a little more special? What can we do to make them say WOW!  How about at a senior session welcome your client with a sweet little pouch stocked with a lip gloss, bobby pins, and a few hair bands.  She will feel special, like you care about her session. It will go a long way.
